A recent Trulia survey revealed what amenities Americans in various age groups look for in their dream home. In general, all ages agreed that the perfect american dream home would be located in the suburbs, have some modern conveniences and be between 1,401 and 2,600 square feet. For Baby Boomers a backyard garden full of crisp veggies is preferable to a pool.
