While economists and experts have been talking about the turndown in the housing market across the U.S., one area of the country is experiencing the opposite.  Philadelphia and its suburbs are bucking the trend, as our area is still experiencing a hot market for sellers.

While buyers seemed to be developing a wait-and-see attitude toward purchasing a few months ago, they’re diving in again now.  Bidding wars are common as inventory is still very tight.  But, if you’re selling, it’s a great time to have your home on the market.  This article by Caitlin McCabe, writing for the Philadelphia Inquirer, explains it all.
