What goes around comes around. That saying applies to good karma and the many return customers who come back to Vanguard Realty Associates time and again. These “Boomerang Buyers,” are clients who have purchased their homes with our help, then returned to us as their lives transitioned and they were ready to upsize, downsize or change locations.

Equally significant is how often buyers living in a home built by Sal Paone Builders look for another Paone home when they’re ready to move on. Vanguard’s awesome agent Donna Brun had three recent “boomers.” The owners of a Paone-built home in Lansdale, sold it with Donna’s help and purchased a home in Paone’s Cold Point Village community. Another Paone home in Whitemarsh was sold by Donna, and the owners moved in to a beautiful Paone Cold Point Manor home. The owners of this Cold Point Manor home originally purchased it with Donna’s help, and recently came back to her when they were ready to sell. The list goes on and on.
